Kelowna Bridal Fair-A Huge Success!

For Bride's looking for all the hottest trends, Kelowna's Rotary Centre for the Arts was the place to be Sunday. Not only was it exciting for us to be a part of the largest Bridal Fair in theOkanagan; meeting lots of great Brides and other vendors, but it provided Brides an incredible resource for their Big Day. The day flew by, as Kate and I met Brides and their families in our booth, while my husband Paul had a blast co-hosting the two Bridal Shows with Kevin Lim of Sun-FM. The two of them brought a great energy and lots of laughs to the show. Thanks to Delia of Lamour Bridal for all her hard work putting on the show. We can't wait till next Fall.

Lovely Lisbon

Lisbon buzzed with an electric energy. Everywhere you turned was a moment worth capturing. Combine a city like Lisbon with an adorable couple like Kate and Mike and your role as photographer becomes very easy. Finding a run-down neighborhood complete with graffiti and cats became a spectacular backdrop and highlight of the photo session.
Thanks Mike and Kate for such a memorable day!

Fall in Love With Quebec City

Having experienced the charm of Quebec City from a trip many years ago, I jumped at the chance to see the city in all it's Fall colors. It didn't disappoint and neither did Rachel and Brian's great spirit to brave the crisp Fall air. It's beautiful cobble stone streets and historic, old world charm, left a lasting impression once again.

A Taste of the Caribbean at Romney Manor

While it was cold and snowy back home I was fortunate to be on the sunny and romantic island of St. Kitts. Known for it's warm and charming spirit, St. Kitts quickly ingratiated itself into all our hearts. Searching the island for the perfect spot, we found it in Romney Manor. Known for it's rich history, it became the perfect backdrop for Eno and Tim's incredible photos. Originally owned by Thomas Jefferson's Great Grandfather, the exquisite manor not only provided a colorful palette for bold and fun photos but was the perfect compliment to Eno's vivacious laugh.

Kate Mahaits-Photographer Extraordinaire

Since August, if you have been to our blog, you would have noticed a lack of posts. For the blog, it was a sad lonely time. For me however I was off seeing the world and photographing some amazing couples; in some very exotic locales. During my stint away, my fantastic and talented Associate Photographer Kate has been meeting our clients and immortalizing their special day. To her, I owe a lot of missed coffees and along with our clients; many thanks! Enjoy the images from the three Fall Weddings she photographed...
