Mission Creek Parkway Wedding: Josh & Alissa

Josh and Alissa's day was filled with sheer joy as they brought family and faith together in a moving and heart felt ceremony.  The rain tried to dampen their spirits, but it didn't last long and we had an incredible time at Mission Creek Parkway in Kelowna.

Moria & Jim's Gorgeous Sparkling Hill Wedding

I absolutely adore working with this beautiful couple! What an incredible day.  From Sparkling Hills in Vernon, to their deeply moving ceremony at All Saints Anglican Church and back again...and oh yes....we did arrive to the Reception in a helicopter!  It was wonderful to work again with Artistic Designs by Colleen out of Kelowna.

Moria & Jim's Lakeshore Engagement Session

When Moira first contacted me for their Engagement Session, she knew she wanted it near water and wanted also end up in it :)  Being from Kamloops, she left the location up to me and I had the perfect location in mind on Okanagan Lake.  I loved the genuine ease both Moira and Jim had in front of the camera-doesn't hurt that they are both gorgeous people!-and we had so much fun bringing her vision to life.  I look forward to capturing their Sparkling Hill Wedding later this year!

Patti & Alan's Historic O'Keefe Ranch Wedding

I love photographing Weddings at the historic O'Keefe Ranch in Vernon.  Patti & Alan's beautiful day was no exception.  Their ceremony saw a blending of two beautiful families and there was so much joy and laughter in the air.  It was wonderful working with Okanagan Executive Events and the fabulous Whisk Cake Company of Kelowna.

Brook & Cole's Pin Up Inspired Engagement Session

When Brooke and Cole sent me their idea for their Engagement Session, I was super excited to incorporate some fun, new ideas into their session.  Choosing some fun, urban downtown Kelowna locations, plus the awesome attic above Perpetual Blooms & Picture Perfect we had a blast.  Can't wait for their Wedding this fall at Gellatly Nut Farm in West Kelowna.

Mark & Andrea's Silver Star Wedding

What a wonderful couple! Mark and Andrea came to Vernon for their Silver Star Winter Wedding from Vancouver and they were an incredible couple for Carolyn (of Carolyn Carson Photography) and I to work with!  We loved every minute...minus the cold blowing snow that they and their Wedding party bravely faced. Thanks to Pinhead's Bowling up Silver Star for the fun and awesome backdrop for some of their images...and for helping us get out of the cold.

Erin & Travis Harvest Golf Course Wedding

Oh what a gorgeous September Wedding! I love working at the Harvest Golf Course on the best of days...but it was spectacular in September!  Special thanks to Brian Reilly for being my associate photographer (while Kate is away on maternity leave) and to the best Zombie Bridal party ever :) 

Jen & Kyle Gellatly Nut Farm Wedding

Oh the gorgeous details in this Gellatly Nut Farm Wedding! Jen told me early on there were going to be a lot of DIY ideas at this wedding and we were blown away with the creativity. Being allergic to flowers, Jen created incredible center pieces and bouquets that were out of this world gorgeous! Congratulations Jen & Kyle!!! 

Will & Yoko's Nelson Wedding

It doesn't get more exciting than traveling to Nelson to photograph a Tibetan Buddhist Wedding with a couple as wonderful, caring and stunning as Will and Yoko! You two have a huge place in my heart and I am so thankful I was there to celebrate your beautifully moving day!

Cheryl & Neil's intimate Silver Star Mountain Resort New Years Bash!

Cheryl & Neil wanted to start the new year off right...and so they got married on the 31st!  Silver Star in Vernon was the perfect location for their I Do's and it was lovely working with their wonderful JP-Esther Pearson.  Congratulatins to this new family of 5!

John & Alicia's Turtle Mountain Winery Celebration

John & Alicia's intimate Wedding was held at the beautiful Turtle Mountain Winery in Vernon.  The ceremony was officiated by the brides uncle making the service a beautiful testimony to the couples love, beliefs and joy in finding each other.  I wish them a world of happiness. 

Jeff & Amanda's Gorgeous Langely Wedding

Jeff and Amanda's Langley Wedding was a dream to photograph with the ever talented Bethany of Images by Bethany of Vancouver.  Always excited to photograph at a new venue or location...I loved scoping out the areas surrounding their ceremony site and was so excited to find a gorgeous nut farm near by...perfect for the couples first peek of each other.   The Mother of the Bride played a huge role in creating the gorgeous table settings with lavender tones & exquisite florals.

O'Keefe Ranch Wedding: Joanne & Rob

The historic O'keefe Ranch in Vernon is one of my favourite venues....and then you add a couple like Rob & Joanne and my day is perfect.  From the emotional ceremony (Joanne's daughter melted everyone's hearts) to all the amazing details (I LOVED the bride's brooch bouquet and the flower girls button flower basket) it was an incredible day.  Thanks Joanne and Rob for making me feel a part of the family and entrusting me to capture your day!  XOXO

I loved working with Jeff & Amanda.

I loved the story of how they met:
Girl sees boy building a house across the street from where she lives.  Girl thinks boy is very cute.  Girl bakes the boy cookies as a way of introducing herself and you can guess the rest of the story.

 I loved how much we all laughed during the session.

I love that they are planning a "Father of the Bride" type Wedding

and I love that I get to go to Abbotsford to be a part of it all in July.

Kelowna Engagement Photography: Will & Yoko

Will & Yoko's gorgeous Engagement Session at Kekuli Bay, started out with me almost stepping on a rattlesnake but apparently that was good luck...because this session was had all the elements for a fantastic shoot!  A beautiful couple, breathtaking light and some scenic backdrops.  Although the couple is from Kelowna, Wedded Bliss is joining them in Nelson for their Wedding...and there are some incredible elements in store that we can't wait to photograph!  Congratulations Will & Yoko!  We can't wait to be with you on your special day.

Chantel and Josh's Wedding at Cedar Creek Estate Winery and Manteo Resort was a dream wedding for us. With the ceremony being earlier in the day, we had so much time to do photos that our wonderful bride and groom treated us to lunch on the beautiful patio at Cedar Creek! Then to top off the night, the reception at Manteo, which was catered to by the hotels' Wild Apple Restaurant, was probably the best meal I've had at a reception. Well done chef!

Congratulations Josh and Chantel. You are a beautiful couple through and through!
